Absolutely. If multiple solutions interest you, we can configure these into your user account.

1.How do I register on InsightBee?

For on-demand reports, you will be asked to register on the site when you make your first purchase. You need to provide your email address, a valid password and a contact number.

For all other solutions, we will set you up on InsightBee. We will need your valid email address, as the verification and activation link goes to this email. You need to activate your account by clicking this link before you log in to the system.

2.Can I select my own user ID, or will the system generate one for me?

Your user ID will be the email address you provide.

1.What is an account plan?

Account plans are especially designed for corporate customers.

An account plan can have multiple users, each of whom would be provided with an individual user account. These users can access all the content delivered by InsightBee. Each user will have an individual user account to access the account plan.

2.How do I purchase an account plan for my company?

You can contact us and we would be happy to help you open an account.

3.How can I add more users to an account plan?

Go to the ‘Users’ page on your Account. Click ‘Add new User’. You will be asked for the new User’s details. The User will then receive an email with a link to create their own Account.

4.How many Users can share the same account plan?

There is no limit to the number of users who can share an account.

1.Are my details secure?

Absolutely. At InsightBee, we take your privacy and data security seriously. We do not share information you provide outside InsightBee/Evalueserve. Please read our Privacy policy for more details.

In line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), we do not store your credit card information. Our payment provider Stripe will store your credit card information securely. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and has in turn been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available.

2.What controls for fraud prevention does InsightBee offer?

We ensure a CVC (card verification code) check. This verifies that the customer has entered the correct code as shown on the card, a good indicator that the card is physically present. The transaction will be declined if an incorrect CVC code is entered.

We also check whether the transaction is from a country with high incidence of suspected credit card fraud.

Please note that the Card Network Rules protect consumers. As merchants, we are responsible for the losses incurred from any unauthorised card transactions that we may accept.

1.Why can't I login to InsightBee though I recently registered?

It is possible that you have:

  1. Entered an incorrect user ID or password.
  2. Typed your password with caps lock on (passwords are case sensitive)

If you are still not able to log in, please contact us. A representative will work with you to resolve the issue.

2.Why is my credit card being rejected?

There are a few possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  1. You have entered incorrect card number, expiry date or CVC code.
  2. The card has expired.
  3. You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  4. You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  5. A computer at either end of the transaction is facing temporary technical problems.

If you have problems submitting your credit card payment, please contact us. A representative will work with you to resolve the issue.

3.My order didn’t go through, but I suspect you have charged me?

If your order is not confirmed, you will not be charged, and the money will automatically be credited back to your account by your bank. This may take 3–4 working days; the exact timeframe will depend on your card issuer and your bank.

If this timeframe has elapsed and the money has still not been released, please contact us. A representative will work with you to resolve the issue.
